L500 is a membership-based organization

Our annual membership fee includes these benefits:

  1. Exclusive access to Member Directory of L500 Latina executives

  2. Access to L500 exclusive events:

    • Bi-monthly L500 Professional Development events: In person or virtual events  via Zoom featuring guest speakers and fellow L500 members. 

    • L500 Executive Retreat: An intentional space for Latina executives to connect, build community, and recharge in a supportive and inclusive environment. 

    • L500 Leadership Connections: Smaller events that feature several speakers on various leadership  topics. 

    • L500 Dinner Discussions: Private dinners with 10 L500 members to share and connect in an intimate environment. 

    • Networking Events: Social activities to connect with fellow Latina leaders .

  3. Latina Leadership Summit. This is our annual flagship event that is open to everyone featuring more than 20 leaders representing various companies and sectors. We have hosted three Latina Leadership Summits in partnership with Expedia Group, two in Austin and in 2024 we hosted the event in Miami.

Membership requirements

  1. Serving in a leadership role at a small, medium or large corporation. Director level or above, including Senior Director, Vice President, President, Senior Vice President, C-Level; OR

  2. CEO or Founder of a startup company (less than 100 employees), or in a leadership role at the startup (Director level or above, including Senior Director, Vice President, President, Senior Vice President, C-Level); OR

  3. Community or business leader, including serving in a leadership role at (but not limited to) higher education institutions, banks, public entities, government, media companies, Chambers of Commerce.
