What is L500?

L500 is a private network of Latina leaders with the goal of empowering and elevating more Latinas into executive roles. Our goal is to change the face of leadership to ensure there is more diversity and inclusion representation within companies, especially at the executive level. We are focused on empowering more Latinas into leadership roles, while also inspiring the next generation of young Latina women into future leadership roles.

About our Members

Since we launched the organization on March 30, 2023, we have welcomed more than 80 new members and launched chapters in Austin, Miami and the Bay Area.L500 members are all Latina leaders within their respective companies or organizations.

Members include Directors, VPs, SVP and C-Suite at companies such as Airbnb, Cisco, Dell, Expedia Group, Gilead, Google, Lenovo, Mastercard, NI, Newlink, PepsiCo, Microsoft, SAP and Visa. Members also include entrepreneurs, leaders at startups, partners at law firms, senior bankers, CEOs at local Chambers of Commerce, and executive directors at national non-profit organizations.

L500 members are leaders in different industries, ranging from marketing, sales, finance, HR and tech.

About our Chapters

L500 is a chapter-based organization, focused on building a strong, local network of Latina leaders in key markets with virtual opportunities to connect members.

We first launched L500 in Austin in 2023, then expanded to Miami, and most recently launched our new chapter in the Bay Area. Each chapter hosts in-person professional development events and networking events to strengthen relationships, build meaningful relationships and empower our L500 members.
