Mentorship Program
Aligned to L500's "Impact" pillar, the L500 Young Latina Mentorship Program focuses on empowering the next generation of Latina leaders by connecting them with influential industry Latina leaders dedicated to helping them grow in their career.
We believe that together,
we can create a truly impactful partnership that will provide invaluable support and opportunities for our future leaders.
The program consists of connecting five young Latina professionals or students -mentees- with five Latina executives and leaders -mentors- from L500.
Each Cohort will have a duration of a full college year (2 semesters) and will offer a range of development opportunities that inspire personal and professional growth while fostering leadership skills among these rising young women.

1x1 Matches with Mentors
Support of L500 initiatives and invitations to select L500 events
Since launching our L500 Young Latina Mentorship Program, we have welcomed two different Cohorts, the first was in partnership with the University of Texas at Austin and the second Cohort, launched in January 2025, featured students from the university and young professionals.
