L500 is a private, invitation-only network of Latina executives.

Our vision is that every Fortune 500 company will have a Latina in the C-Suite. We want Latinas to have a voice and to be represented in executive positions, to serve on corporate Boards and to be on stage at every major event and decision-making conference.

In order to achieve this ambitious goal, we created a private network of Latina executives that can empower each other, open doors for each other, build bridges, create connections and make an impact on younger Latinas so they can also aspire to have a seat at the table.

L500 is a chapter-based organization, focused on building a strong, local network of Latina leaders in key markets with virtual opportunities to connect members. L500 currently has chapters in Austin and Miami, with the Bay Area launching on March 5.

Why L500?

The stats are overwhelming, we need more Latinas at the top.

We want to move the needle to get more Latinas into executive roles while elevating those already in leadership positions.

  • Latinas represent less than 1% of executives in tech.

  • Only 1 percent of C-suite executives are Latina.

  • Only two Latinas have been CEO of a Fortune 500 company.

  • Latinas face the biggest drop in representation from entry level to the C-suite.

  • Of 92 companies in the S&P 100 reviewed by USA TODAY, 18 had no Latinas in senior executive positions.
